Webb’s An Irish Flora

The new edition of Webb's An Irish Flora, by John Parnell and Tom Curtis with illustrations by Elaine Cullen and published by Cork University Press, will be launched in College on 28th March.  The launch will be fronted by Professor Steve Blackmore, Regius Keeper of the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh and Queen’s Botanist.

Cork University Press  are sponsoring the launch along with the School of Natural Sciences.

This is an important and significant event for the authors and botanists and ecologists in Ireland who have been waiting approximately 10 years for this new edition.
